"Booking Info Codes" are used to mark bookings with certain criteria so they can be selected for example for reports or Auto Actions. Some info codes are automatically added from information the channel sends.

You can also apply info codes yourself. The options defined here will be available for selection in the "Info tab" of the booking.

Create a list of booking info codes, one per line.

Codes:

Each code can be a maximum of 20 characters and should be one word (no spaces) in capitals.

Examples:

BREAKFAST

TRANSFER

Icons:

Supported are only free solid V5 Font Awesome icons. Get the name for the icons you want to use from there and enter I- followed by the icon name :

TRANSFER I-money-bill

CHECKIN I-bell

In order to show icons "Booking Show Icons" needs to be set to yes.

These info codes can be selected from the booking info tab and used to filter bookings in various views like custom reports or to trigger auto actions.
