Setting/automailsendusing

"Send using" determines the outgoing email settings used to send the email.

• Default - If the action operates on one property it will use the property account. If the action operates on multiple properties it uses the account that created the auto action. Manual email uses the account of the logged in owner.

• Account Username - uses the specified account for auto and manual email

• Property account - uses the property account for auto and manual email.
