When at least one room is activated to sending your "Software User ID" will show.

If you do not see your "Software User ID" go to (SETTINGS) CHANNEL MANAGER > VRBO/HOMEAWAY > MAPPING and tick "Enable" for at least one room.

VRBO needs this ID to connect your VRBO account. Copy the "Software User ID" because you will need to enter it as "Software User ID" during VRBOs onboarding process.
