Setting/automailmaxbatch

This sets the number of bookings to be processed per batch.

It applies to bookings which send an email, sms or web hook.

Once the batch size has been reached processing will stop.

Any remaining bookings will be processed in the next batch.

The time between batch processing is usually about half an hour.
